You don’t always need a big machine to have a great experience. When Lasse Pöysti performs a monologue written for him by Bengt Ahlfors on Lillan’s stage, the result is definitely a hit. The story of the life of a man living alone in Helsinki is conveyed in a nuanced, exciting and captivating way. The viewer understands the serious message of the play, even though the laughter is still pulling at the corners of the mouth on the way home.
