Lilla Teatern is located right in the heart of Helsinki, next to the iconic Torni Hotel at Yrjönkatu 30. It is easy to get to the stage by public transport: for example, you can walk from Helsinki Central Railway Station in about ten minutes. Founded in 1940 and part of the Helsinki City Theatre since 2005, Lillan has its own artistic director and its main stage language is Swedish. All of Lillan’s performances are subtitled in Finnish via the Subtitle Mobile mobile app.
The entrance to Lilla Teatern is near the main entrance of the Torni Hotel at Yrjönkatu 30. Lillan’s intimate, classically red grandstand, called the seashell, can be found by descending the stairs below street level.
The nearest public transport stops are located on Mannerheimintie opposite the Stockmann department store and on Simonkatu opposite Scandic Simonkenttä. The nearest metro stations are Kamppi and Rautatientori.
The doors to the theatre open one hour before the start of the performance.
Ticket sales are open at Lilla Teatern one hour before the performance. The ticket office is located in the foyer next to the cloakroom. Lilla Teatern has a free self-service cloakroom.

The entrance to the Little Theatre is located near the main entrance of Hotel Torni at Yrjönkatu 30. Lillan’s intimate, classically red salon, called “Snäckan”, is hidden below street level and can be reached via the stairs down.
The doors to the theatre open an hour before the start of the performance. The box office in Lillan’s foyer also opens an hour before the show starts.
Lillan has a free self-service cloakroom.
