The ticket price includes 13.5% VAT and a service fee of €4.50.
The discounts are valid for performances from Monday to Thursday (does not apply to premieres). For Friday, Saturday and Sunday performances, all tickets are priced at the basic ticket price. There are no discounts on children’s ticket prices, foyer shows, stand-up clubs, and some visits.
For family theatre performances, children’s tickets are also available on weekends. The assistant’s discount ticket is valid for all performances.

An assistant’s ticket is free of charge for a spectator who needs an assistant (reservations from the theatre’s own ticket office).
Theatre tickets
Theatre tickets can be purchased and reserved from the theatre’s own ticket office for same-day performances against a valid theatre card. The price of tickets for spoken plays is €15 per piece and €25 per ticket for musicals. Max. 2 tickets/performance. The discount is available on all days of the week, subject to availability.

Redeemed tickets will not be refunded. For changing tickets for the second day, we charge €10 per ticket (€5 per ticket for Family Theatre performances). Change requests only by phone to the theatre’s own ticket office: 09 39 40 22 no later than the day before the performance.

Cultural benefits:
You can buy yourself a ticket to the performance with a cultural benefit by visiting the Helsinki City Theatre’s ticket office. The cultural benefit cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

You can buy a gift card either conveniently from the Ticket.fi online store or by visiting our store. All our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and you can choose the amount yourself.
1) E-commerce gift card: buy online – use online!
In an online store gift card, you can choose an image from a different option. The online store gift card is purchased from the online store, printed out by yourself and it can only be used as a means of payment in the Ticket.fi online store. At the purchase stage, a Ticket.fi subscription fee of €1.5 + 0.65% of the order will be added to the price.

You can also buy a Helsinki City Theatre sales point gift card at all Ticket.fi sales points around the country. A Ticket.fi subscription fee of €3 will be added to the purchase.
Buy online – the gift card will be delivered to your home
If the sales points are located within a difficult distance and you want to buy a traditional gift card that can be paid for at the sales points and the theatre’s ticket office, you can also make a purchase in the online store. In this case, you can choose an amount from the price ranges of €5 to €500. In addition to the value of the gift card in the online store, a Ticket.fi subscription fee of €1.5 + 0.65% of the order will be added to the total amount. The gift card will be delivered to your home by post (you cannot print it yourself) and the postage fee is €10.
Helsinki City Theatre’s official sales channels include its own ticket offices, Ensi linja 2 and the theatre’s lobbies, as well as the Ticket.fi online store and sales points.
