Drinking liquor without lying
Author and doctor Juhani Seppänen’s work Clearly Drunk lends itself incredibly well to a theatre piece. During his year-long total abstinence, Seppänen examined alcohol consumption in himself, at home and in social situations. With the encouragement of his wife, he wrote a very personal text on the subject, giving a lot to think about.
A play based on the text could be put on a perpetual tour of our country, as it would be easy to perform a performance that requires only two people anywhere when we are buying drinks for Easter dinner for May Day graduation for Midsummer for a boat trip for a Christmas party. Tick your own (excuse) reason to use bad-tasting ethanol that affects the central nervous system.
