Review: Ei kertonut katuvansa

Memories and mines, both of which must be dodged when five women travel on foot from Norway back to Finland. The war has been lost and they have to go home, even though there may be nothing waiting for the women who have gone with the Germans.

Based on Tommi Kinnunen’s book, the people in the play Ei kertonut regret are human: petty, big-hearted, brave and deceitful. Under the shadow of war, life must continue, even if everything old has disappeared and the perception of oneself has changed. The women’s long journey has transferred nicely to the stage.
