Review: Let´s Play Business

At work today

I do, I’m sure many in the audience think. There are so many familiar things from today’s working life in Juha Jokela’s play Let’s Play Business . It makes me laugh when the employees of the HX project consulting company are called höksy, the company videos are full of clichés and the new boss comes up with ideas to unleash the creativity of the employees to release a joint jortsu.

There are themes in the play that don’t make you laugh at all, such as bad leadership then and now. Still, the whole performance is entertaining, and many of the actors shine. Wanda Dubiel is great as an artistic director and Ursula Salo as an assistant who runs out of courage.
