I wish it would go on

I notice that I’m smiling. In addition, I turn my head as if I were in the stands of a tennis game. There’s so much going on on stage. I want to notice the expressions of the different actors and see everyone’s costumes and dance.

Still, the most gratifying thing is the music. What a joy of recognition and listening! And how wonderfully Martti Manninen, who plays an American man who falls in love with the star of the Moulin Rouge, sings. I wish this would continue: love on stage and joy in the audience.
