Visually, The Little Mermaid is probably the most handsome theatre ever seen in Finland. Spectacular (and funny!) crowd scenes are marched onto the stage with buckles: sailors, rococo gentlemen, kitchen staff, an army of seagulls. There are video projections, wow experiences, magic. Endless silk and different shades of turquoise.
