A person has booked and/or purchased tickets to Helsinki City Theatre events, registered as a subscriber to Helsinki City Theatre’s electronic communications and/or participated in Helsinki City Theatre’s customer service situations and/or marketing campaigns.
5. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE REGISTER
The purpose of the register is to process customer service requests, deliver products and services ordered by a customer, and nurture customer relationships. The data can be used to develop the operations of the Helsinki City Theatre, for statistical purposes and to produce more individually targeted content in our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

Manual material related to the register is stored in a protected facility. COMPETITIONS ON HELSINKI CITY THEATRE’S SOCIAL MEDIA
1. Organizer:
Helsinki City Theatre, First Line 2, 00530 HELSINKI (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. Eligibility to participate
Helsinki City Theatre’s social media competitions are open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and live in Finland. Participation in social media competitions does not require the purchase of Helsinki City Theatre’s products or services.
Employees of the Organiser and family members of employees are not allowed to participate in competitions on social media.
3. Participation in social media competitions
You can participate in social media competitions on www.facebook.com/hkt.fi or www.facebook.com/helsinkidancecompany or www.facebook.com/lilla.teatern or on pages related to ordering electronic messages in accordance with the instructions.
A person can participate only once in each competition on social media.
The social media contests are not sponsored, recommended, or administered by Facebook.
4. Race Time
In social media competitions, the competition time is indicated in each campaign update or participation instructions. Reactions recorded after the competition period will not be taken into account in the respective competition on social media. The organiser is not responsible for any obstacles to participation in social media that are due to information technology reasons.
5. Prices
The prize is a package of free tickets to a performance at the Helsinki City Theatre. The prize is won by one or more people randomly selected from among the participants. The winners will be selected by making a list of the profiles of the people who have participated in the competition on social media during the competition period, from which a profile with the random.org service will be selected at random.
6. Notification to winners and receipt of prize
Helsinki City Theatre will contact the winner with a status update on Facebook or by email. If the notification of the prize is not received or the posted prize is returned to the Promoter due to incorrect contact information or other undeliverability, or if it is found that the winner has acted in breach of these rules, a new random winner will be selected in their place.
