Uusi Alku is Ali Jahangir’s fresh all-night stand-up show, the common thread of which is change and starting something new.
“The New Beginning symbolizes for me this time in which we live. First the pandemic, then the war and now inflation accelerated by the energy crisis. I feel like I have to start everything over again every day,” Ali himself describes the starting point of this performance. The show includes never-before-heard hilarious stories about Ali’s hardships during the pandemic, the funny coincidences of starting a career as a retailer, and the joy that a new beginning can bring to life. “I want the audience to have the courage to change their own direction with this performance,” Ali says.
