Jazzy Svenska dagen concert in Lillan

The soloist on Lillan’s stage will be actress Emma Klingenberg with a wonderful voice together with pianist, composer and conductor Lasse Hirvi’s jazz-inspired orchestra. During the evening, songs composed to Edith Södergran’s poems (e.g. Kärlek, Framtidens skugga and Dangerous Dreams) and Kurt Weill’s songs (e.g. Mack the Knife) will be heard, both in Swedish, Finnish and English. Lasse Hirvi has composed Södergran’s poems and arranged Weill’s songs.
