Tatu ja Patu Helsingissä
A musical play from StrangeHuom! Poistunut ohjelmistosta!
The most popular children’s book characters in Finland, loved by children, take over the big stage!
Brothers Tatu and Patu from Outola arrive in Helsinki to visit their cousin Jori. Jori is the most successful stranger of all time, but he is so busy that the brothers have their work cut out to keep up with Jori. While adventuring around Helsinki, Tatu and Patu encounter many wonders, such as a fairy, traffic lights, a restaurant day and potentially dangerous vest gangs dressed in mud overalls.
Directed by Sami Rannila and composed by Kari Mäkiranta, the musical play joyfully plays with the traditions of children’s theatre and musicals. The enchanting journey of discovery for children is full of speed, surprising twists, juicy humour and visual magnificence that can only be offered on the big stage of the City Theatre.
The play is copyrighted by Aino Havukainen, Sami Toivonen and Sami Rannila.
