A satire about leadership. The events take place in a dugout on the eastern border, Tienhaara, in the final stages of the Winter War. Only two soldiers remain as senior officers arrive with new operating models and a modern leadership mindset. The neoliberal jargon meets the seriousness of war, the demands for efficiency raise the temperature and soon it is unclear where the front is: inside the dugout or outside?
