Accessible backstage tour

Our accessible backstage tour gives wheelchair users the chance to explore behind the scenes.

Participants must be accompanied by their own assistant. Each wheelchair ticket includes admission for one assistant. The tour content varies depending on the day, but typically includes set pieces, the scenery workshop, other theatre workshops and even the stage itself.

The tour lasts approximately 1 hour. It departs from the Main Stage foyer at Eläintarhantie 5. The foyer doors open half an hour before the tour begins.

Tickets cost 12 euros, including admission for an assistant. Book your place and purchase your ticket from the Helsinki City Theatre box office or the lippu.fi online shop.
