The Woman – Always in the Best Age musical entertainment evening offers light, joy and happiness in life at Studio Pasila

A woman – always in her best age, praises a woman, but does not forget a man. It celebrates life as a woman and around a woman, and it does so with a burst of joy, nostalgia, swing, dance and the charm of speed. On stage, we will see a surprising, light, hopeful, joyful and pulsating evening that sounds wonderful and evokes great emotions.  “Woman – Always in the Best Age is an all-night experience where you can go to a concert and a theatre with the same ticket. We all need happiness in life, and there is plenty of it in store. On stage, we put everything on the line so that the performance would give joy, hope and comfort, and we would all be present and close to each other for a small moment. I welcome everyone to Studio Pasila to experience swinging music, the magic of theatre and the best aspects of being a woman!”, says Merja Larivaara.  On stage will be Merja Larivaara, Aino Seppo, Leenamari Unho and Mikko Virtanen, as well as musicians from the Kaihon karavaani orchestra Rocka Merilahti, Olli Krogerus, Juri Kuronen, Jape Karjalainen and Markus Jaatinen. The performance is directed by Merja Larivaara, who is also responsible for its visual design and script together with Satu Rasila and Pasi Lampela. The lyrics of the new songs and the Finnish translations of the songs are written by Kari-Pekka Toivonen. The lighting design is by Teppo Saarinen and the sound design by Eppu Helle. Theproposal has been compiled by Paula Ojala.
