Everything is wrong

If everything goes wrong in a theatre performance, that is, absolutely everything, what happens then? For example, something like this: An actor comes on stage at the wrong time, says his lines too early, overinterprets, gets stuck on the set. Those and dozens of other mistakes can be enjoyed in the farce The Play That Goes Wrong . It tells the story of an amateur theatre group whose performance goes exactly as it shouldn’t.

Eija Vilpas and other veterans play amateur actors in such a believably awkward way that it’s terrifying (in a good way). It’s surprisingly therapeutic to be able to laugh for more than two hours about the fact that nothing works out.
