Theatre buffet

The meal packages at the theatre house and the restaurant LÄMPIÖ on the Arena stage are designed to serve a wide range of situations and groups – from Christmas parties to corporate events and evenings with a group of friends. Common to all packages is experiential and effortless: a high-quality dinner, an atmospheric environment and a top-notch performance can be found under the same roof. In this way, the whole evening is naturally built into a cohesive experience where the customer only needs to enjoy the moment.

Enjoy a delicious theatre buffet in the foyer of the theatre building’s main stage conveniently before the performance!

The theatre buffet, which is open to everyone, will be set in the balcony foyer of the main stage according to the calendar below.  The doors will open and the table will start at 17.00. The table setting lasts until the start of the screening at 6.30 pm.

Price 47,00 € / person.* including appetizer table, two main courses (vegetarian with advance notice) and coffee/tea. As a beverage, water is included in the price.

* Children’s theatre buffet 0-12 yrs.  20 € /person.

Buffet drinks ice water, other beverage orders according to the customer’s wishes.

The menu is a pre-built entity, diets are taken into account with advance notice (kaupunginteatteri@sodexo.com) no later than 2 weeks before the evening.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a separate table for groups of less than four (4) people, but there may be others sitting at the table. The restaurant staff will help if necessary.

We also organise the Theatre Buffet on request for groups of at least 30 people, if there is room in the performance.

Helsinki City Theatre’s theatre buffet – in the ensemble, you can enjoy a delicious buffet in the balcony foyer of the theatre building and watch the performance under the same roof. If you want to make the moment special, we can also use foyer technology for your event, to lift the mood of the guest artist – and even a pre-disco!

A theatre buffet for a group can be arranged on request both in the balcony foyer of the theatre building and in the FOYER restaurant next to the Arena stage.
