The Life That Has Been Given to Me (Kepeä elämäi) is an award-winning monologue about identity, trans issues and how adversity can be turned into strength and joy. It is an important, playful and captivating story that has toured in Finnish from Kajaani and Oulu via Lahti and Hämeenlinna to Helsinki, and which now has its Swedish premiere at Lilla Teatern.
Along the way, Miiko Toiviainen and the show have managed to tick off the awards for Actor of the Year and Monologue of the Year 2020, among others.
