Sydney drag queen Tick lures her friends Adam and Bernadette to join her on a performance trip to the Australian outback. Adam is a flamboyant drag queen, Bernadette has already left her successful drag career behind, but agrees to join in to survive the death of her boyfriend.

Disco hits resound and more and more spectacular outfits change as a party bus named Priscilla, the queen of the desert, speeds through the remote inland with glitter and all the lights shining.

“This will suck in all the partygoers and cynics alike,” promises director Samuel “Kinky Boots” Harjanne.

In addition to an unparalleled spectacle with disco music and dazzling costumes, there will be a heartwarming story about three different friends.
