Come and make better theatre!

We have assembled a customer panel of the Helsinki City Theatre, whose members can influence our services.

We were looking for members for the customer panel during August-September 2019 and received a huge number of applications. It’s great to see how many people wanted to develop a better City Theatre with us, and how important a role theatre plays in many people’s lives.

It is important to us that we develop in the direction desired by our audience and that our services genuinely meet the needs of our customers. We are excited to start this development work together with our customers.

HKT’s customer panel members get to influence customer service, the content of services and audience encounters, as well as test and brainstorm new services. The focus is on the development of services. Unfortunately, the jury members do not have any influence on the artistic content or our repertoire.

The jury is not binding on anything and is completely voluntary. For the time being, the jury’s activities will continue until autumn 2020.

Our customer survey has closed – a warm thank you to everyone who responded!

An extensive customer survey was carried out in August-September 2019. We received a great number of responses, which are very useful and helpful to us, as we are developing our services based on the results of this survey.

Ticket prizes have been drawn among the respondents on 1.10.2019 and the winners have been notified personally, by email.
