Review: Pekka Töpöhäntä
Bullying in the cat world
The soft and empathetic Pekka Töpötail is a refreshing change from the self-centered Idols formats and Japanese fighting series, and tells an insightful story about the bullying patterns of the cat world. The message is clear: Goodness and kindness will be rewarded, and reason and justice will eventually prevail in the cat community as well.
Pekka’s character takes on a whole new dimension when Sami Uotila, known for his roles as the bad boy, has been chosen for it. You would have thought that the bad guy Sam would have been turned into Catfish. Most of all, however, the children seem to be squeamish by the herd-minded followers, Pilli and Pulla.
