Katri of the whole nation

At the premiere of the musical Katri Helena at the Helsinki City Theatre, you can see it: we Finns have collective memories. In the touching scenes, the eyes of the people next to her moistened at the same pace.

Katri’s story felt familiar, I remembered her life as well as that of a close relative. The actress in the title role , Sanna Majuri , resembles Katri a lot and sings really well. I want to see this musical again.
