Hildur tells the story of detective Hildur Rúnarsdóttir (Elena Leeve) and transports audiences to Iceland’s mythical Westfjords, where Hildur investigates a series of murders in her home town with her Finnish colleague Jakob (Paavo Kinnunen). Hildur, struggling with her trauma, and Jakob, fleeing his past, find themselves caught up in a strange web of crime with a devastating connection to Hildur’s own childhood.
