Viewers increasingly satisfied with the Helsinki City Theatre’s repertoire and services

Punapaitainen ja lippalakkipäinen mies hymyilee lavan edessä sipuleita kädessään. Hänen takanaan joukko vanhanaikaisiin vaatteisiin pukeutuneita ihmisiä tanssii ja taputtaa sinisellä valaistulla taustalla. Puiset ämpärit istuvat lavan lattialla.

Of the marketing-related factors, the respondents were most satisfied with the ease of obtaining tickets. The majority of the respondents (86%) thought it was easy to get tickets.

Great satisfaction leads to people wanting to come to the theatre again. Almost all respondents, 98 per cent, want to come back to the Helsinki City Theatre. The majority of the respondents (86%) were definitely or fairly certain to recommend the performance they had seen.

The City Theatre commissions a spectator survey regularly every two years. The comprehensive survey included viewers of 14 different plays, 30 plays and five different stages, and 1,622 responses were received.
