Pre-show party and theatre performance

Kaksi teatteripukuista ihmistä poseeraa dramaattisesti kirkkaan keltaista taustaa vasten. Toisella on nahkatakki ja raidalliset housut, ja hänellä on kädessään maissimaisemainen valtikka; toinen, riekaleisiin vaatteisiin pukeutunut, nojaa taaksepäin ja osoittaa innoissaan.

Explore the production through hands-on activities! Helsinki City Theatre offers packages combining a pre-show activity and a theatre performance for groups from comprehensive schools, general upper secondary schools and vocational institutions, based on productions in the current programme.

Groups take part in a pre-show event designed to prepare them for the performance. This may take the form of a theatre workshop, a meet-the-creators session, a backstage tour or another interactive activity. The content is tailored to each production, and the activity can be held at the theatre or on school premises at a separately agreed time. Group sizes may range from 10 to 35 participants. A limited number of pre-show activity and theatre performance packages are available. The package price includes a ticket to the performance and the pre-show activity.
